Guiyang 贵阳
As the capital of Guizhou province in Southwest China, Guiyang is home to many ethnic minorities, such as the Miao, Zhuang and Dong people. Surrounded by mountains and forests, this city boasts 4.3 million people of various cultural backgrounds and faiths.
Xining 西宁
Referred to as China’s summer resort capital, Xining, the capital of Qinghai Province, is located on the eastern edge of the Tibetan Plateau. You will find both many Muslim and Tibetan Buddhist people here, most of whom have never heard of Jesus.
Harbin 哈尔滨市
Harbin, which was originally a word meaning “a place for drying fishing nets”, grew from a small rural settlement to become one of the largest cities in Northeast China. Founded in 1898 with the coming of the railway, the city first prospered as a region inhabited by an overwhelming majority of the immigrants from the Russian Empire.
